Welcome to South Warwickshire GP Federation
SWGP Federation is made up of 29 GP practices from areas including Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon and Kenilworth. We work together to deliver enhanced services for the 300,000 patients we cover, as well as improving working practices for our staff.

One of our core aims is to help General Practice grow and thrive. We do this through a mixture of support services and regular member practice meetings to review priorities and progress.
Workforce
Following significant growth in the roles we manage on behalf of PCNs and practices we estimate SWGP is now the second largest employer of primary and community care staff in South Warwickshire.
